Bean cream ice cream
White Lima beans TM "Mistral" is very gentle, has a creamy texture and mild nutty flavor. Great for any kind of desserts. For example, for such that's unusual ice cream. Silky, moderately sweet, with a creamy nutty flavor. No one would ever think that ice cream lies bean puree! Prepare and surprise your loved ones!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Condensed milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Cooking

Soak the beans overnight in cold water.

Clean the swollen beans from the skin - it can easily be removed. Puree the cleaned beans will be much silkier, softer and more uniform.

Cook the cleaned beans until almost ready, about a half hour. Drain the remainder of water - if it is - and pour the hot beans with milk. Add the sachet of vanilla sugar. Left to languish on a slow fire under the lid to absorb the milk.

Occasionally stir and mash the beans. Cooling as it should.

Grind the beans together with condensed milk in the lush puree. Whip the cream in a lush foam, gradually adding the powder.

Mix the cream with the bean puree lightly. Pour into a container and freeze for a couple of hours. For splendor and prevent the formation of large crystals of ice mass can stir a couple of times.

Then leave to freeze completely to serve or semi-soft.
