Cooking
Prepare all the necessary products: rice, minced meat, onions, sour cream, eggs, butter, salt, pepper.
Rice put in cold salted water, add the butter. The amount of water in a saucepan, needs to be 2 times larger than the amount of rice (e.g. 1 Cup of rice 2 cups of water). The rice cook in cold water, to simmer with the lid on. Once the water has fully evaporated, the rice is cooked.
Beat eggs, mix with sour cream. Then connect with a ready, slightly cooled rice.
Onions chopped and lightly fried with minced meat, salt, add spices to taste.
The bottom of the form grease with oil, put half of the prepared rice with the rice evenly spread the minced meat with onions, and on top of remaining rice. Smooth the surface of the casserole and on top of it put pieces of butter. Bake in preheated to 180gr. the oven until Golden brown.
