Description
Delicate cake of two kinds of sponge cake (with nuts and chocolate) soaked in Amaretto and light cream. On the coldest winter day (or night) piece of this cake with a Cup of coffee please anyone, no doubt.

Cooking
Make the dough. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. RUB egg yolks with sugar.
Proteins (chilled) whisk in a solid foam.
Mix the flour and baking powder, mix with the yolk-sugar mass. Then put the whites and gently stir until smooth. Is a light, airy mass. Divide it into two parts. Grind nuts and chocolate chips. One half of the dough add the chocolate, in the second – half of reeses pieces (the rest for the cream).
And bake in two sponge cake (in a pre-heated oven at 200 deg. approximately 30 – 40 minutes). Cool the cakes, cut each into two parts. That is, you get four biscuits. In section, they look like this (it's chocolate).
The biscuit often get brittle, hard edges, before I tried to impregnate well, it turned out still not very good, now I always carefully cut them was crushed into crumbs and use for sprinkling the top of cake. Comfortable, beautiful, fast, and no need to split hairs with the decoration.
Cream the flour stir in the milk, put on low heat and stirring constantly, until thick. Cooled.
Beat butter with sugar until fluffy, then gradually add the milk mixture, whisking each time until smooth. Turns fluffy and light cream.
Pour into it the walnut crumb mix.
Liquor can be diluted with water 1: 1. Each cake impregnated, coat with cream. Put them in turn: nut – chocolate – peanut – chocolate. From top to pour the crumbs from a biscuit. All, the cake is ready.
