Cooking
With orange to remove the zest, squeeze the juice.

The resulting dough add orange zest and mix gently. Pour the dough in the bread machine bucket and set the mode "Pastries" (without kneading)
The finished cake to take out of their bucket, to cool, cut into pieces and serve.
