Cake
It just so happened that the cake we have in the fridge is always there. I very much like them to bake for her family and guests. I wanted here just an ordinary vanilla sponge cake with the same simple vanilla cream... and voila! But I did not expect that the result will be stunning! Sponge cake a delicate, porous, airy, and the cream is light as a cloud. So was born the name. "Why put the recipe for this simple cake?" - You will ask. And because the cake we are going to cook in a pot on the stove, and frankly, this is my most successful cake that I prepared! And the cream we will make from yogurt, the taste is similar to mascarpone cheese, only less calories! Hopefully, someone will come in handy! Let's get started!

Unfortunately, I wasn't going to put the recipe, so step-by-step photo of preparation of sponge cake no. But there is nothing complicated! The cake turned out perfectly smooth, no slides, springy... well, I just could not get enough. Diameter 17 cm, height 7 cm!

For the cream yogurt need to completely freeze. Then exempt from packaging and lay on a thin cotton cloth, place in a colander set over a bowl. Leave it at room temperature for 6-8 hours to drain all the whey. I left over night in a cool place (about 9 hours). The output is 600-700 gr of cream. Depends on the fat content of buttermilk (I have 2.5%).

We impregnate with a syrup of sugar, vanilla, water and vodka. Each cake coat with cream, and then the sides.
