Description
Meatloaf is a dish of Western cuisine which is prepared from minced meat with the addition of various ingredients. The name roulette comes from the French word "rouler" meaning "to roll". It is not surprising, because we all know the form of roll – minimized culinary product with the filling inside. As a basis you can use any minced meat, and add different ingredients and spices to taste. The dish turns out very effective, so it can be a great decoration of the festive table. A feeding roll can be both hot and cold.

Cooking
In forcemeat add bread soaked in milk, 2 eggs, butter, herbs, breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well minced.
Boil five eggs. The received forcemeat to spread a layer of 1.5 cm thickness on a damp cheesecloth or package. Put the cooked eggs in a row. Carefully lift the pack with one hand, turn once and spread boiled rice and turn the layer of meat with stuffing in the form of a roll.
Bake at 175-180 °C, from time to time basting the loaf with the broth or water. Prepare sauce as follows: dissolve in hot broth ketchup or tomato paste, add sour cream, salt, and all mix well. Put the mixture on slow fire, bring to boil and immediately remove from heat. Just before serving roll on the festive table, pour the sauce.
