The chicken liver pate
Very light and tasty pate. I don't know what more: tastier or easier :)

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Lard

    1 Tbsp

Grind the onion for frying. Medium cubes. In this particular case, I have it shredded in a blender for 5 seconds.
