This meat turns out very tasty, always soft and well protestnymi. If you love beef, but it turns out you have hard, take my recipe in mind ; )

Cooking
1. Beef (veal) cut into pieces, salt, pepper and fry in butter for 10 minutes (or until boil meat juice) on low heat.
2. Now add the finely minced garlic, sour cream and ketchup, stir and simmer for another 10 minutes under the lid.
3. Next coarsely cut the processed cheese and put it directly into the pan to melt (it will do it fast for a minute).
4. Finely chop the greens (our family likes lots of greenery), I have this ½ bunch of dill and parsley the same. You can put any of your favorite herbs. Mix up and switch off.
5. Tastes best when served with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables. Bon appetit!
