Cooking
To create our magical cuisine we'll need a piece of lean pork. Cut pork in small pieces.
The rest of the products is very simple: a plate with green beans, Cup of rice, half a Cup of pomegranate juice, 2 eggs, onion, chilli, Mandarin and banana.
Cook the rice. A Cup of rice wash well, pour a glass of cold water, add salt, and bring to a boil. Remove the heat to the minimum, cover and leave for 20 minutes.
While cooking the rice, we cut the onion coarsely.
Pour into the pan a little vegetable oil, heated and throw in there to fry our pork.
Fry a little and add the onions.
Fry pork and onion for 5 minutes. Add the green beans.
Stir and fry for another 8 minutes. Salt, pepper. For this dish it is better to use a red hot (or chilli powder) chili.
Stir, continue to fry, but on a slower fire. Cut into slices the banana and add to our meat.
Do not forget to stir the meat. As soon as the banana will "melt", add to the pan half a Cup of pomegranate juice. Stir and simmer the meat over medium heat. The banana will give all we need, not cloying sweetness, and pomegranate juice - the tartness and mild acidity.
Meanwhile, should boil our rice. Mandarin cut into pieces and press to release the juice.
Add the Mandarin juice into the rice, stir.
Now beat in the 2 eggs and thoroughly stir over low heat 2-3 minutes to cook the protein.
In a bowl blend the rice first, and top our soft, flavorful pork that just melts in your mouth... Bon appetite!
