My dear readers! I want to offer You their own vegetarian dessert. In cooking, I use fresh carrots, dried fruit, nuts and seeds! And no flour, and baking! Very helpful, very quick, incredibly tasty! Treat yourself and your loved ones! I would like to draw Your special attention to the two ingredients that I use - kernel apricot seeds and Indian sesame seeds. Apricot pits are a healer of human cells. All thanks to the fact that the nucleus contain the rare vitamin B17, which includes cyanide substance. By ingestion of cyanide in the body, cancer cells either die or be healed. 100 grams of apricot seed contains 25 g protein, 47 g fat and 4 g of carbohydrates. The day allowed to eat no more than 50 grams of apricot kernels, the children – 2 times less. Indian sesame is the leader in content of calcium, 100 g of sesame seeds has 975 mg of calcium. Prepare all the necessary products.
