Description
Do you like oatmeal cookies, as I love him? In the original oatmeal cookies from Starbucks there is white chocolate. But since I'm a fan of dark chocolate, then altered the recipe for this cookie to your taste. This is my debut on the site. Do not judge strictly!

Cooking
To start I will say that I have a glass of 250 ml. And the butter is softened a little over an hour at room temperature. So, let's start. The oven is included to warmed up to 180 degrees. Will beat into a soft mousse softened butter with the Cup of sugar.
Add 1 egg and again webjam.
To the butter-egg mixture add salt, cinnamon, baking powder and vanilla sugar (optional) and beat again. I vanilla sugar is not added. Didn't want the cinnamon flavor to drown.
Add oat flakes. I have a medium size No. 2. Good smeshaem flakes in the butter-egg mixture.
Now it is the turn of chocolate and dried fruits. In choosing chocolate, I relied on your taste, I added bitter chocolate, but the fruit did not experiment, I added dried cranberries as in the original recipe.
And finally, flour. Add it and carefully mash the dough with your hands. Long knead not necessary, otherwise the cookies will not get crisp enough to achieve homogeneity.
That's all. For the dough it took me about 10 minutes. Next you need to divide dough into 12 equal parts (here I have used weights) and form balls. Spread the balls on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. To press the beads is not necessary. During baking they will spread. That is why the bulbs need to be put away so that they don't stick together edges. I baked two trays of 6 pieces each. Each pan bake approximately 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
After removing cookies from oven, do not remove it from the pan. The middle of the cookie soft, even a little will harden when cooled.
I invite all to tea and biscuits! And nice to us all appetite!
