Vegetable salad with cod liver
Very simple and healthy salad of fresh, juicy vegetables and tender cod liver.

Ingredients

  • Cod liver oil

    1 can

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Radishes

    6 piece

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Allspice

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Vegetables and greens good wash, dry with towel. On a serving plate spread a layer of lettuce, then sliced tomato.

Cucumbers and radishes cut into quarters.

Cod liver cut into medium-sized pieces. Transfer to a plate.

The salad, sprinkle with ground pepper and chopped green onions.

For dressing mix the soy sauce and fish oil from the jar.

Season the salad and serve.
