This is not a recipe of some dishes. Saw this form of cooking pies and decided to share with you. On the website recipes page 21 of products from puff pastry. But it was not found.
Ingredients

Puff pastry

Yolk egg
Cooking
Roll out the dough
Cut into squares
In each square notching the corners as pictured
Put in the middle of the stuffing (any). And to seal the opposite corners in pairs.
Or the other way. Cuts to do only two opposite corners.
Put the filling, combine the notched corners. Loose corners (knife points on them) wrap under the bottom.
Spread the product on dampened baking sheet, brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven until it will turn brown. ENJOY YOUR TEA!!
