Toast with salmon and baked egg
Fast, beautiful and very filling option for Breakfast that will be enjoyed by all family members.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    2 slice

  • Lettuce

    2 piece

  • Salmon

    4 slice

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

2 ramekins to grease with vegetable oil and gently pour into them one egg, salt, pepper and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.

Fry bread in the toaster or on a dry pan until Golden brown.

Spread on each slice of bread on leaf of lettuce.

On the salad put on 2 slices of salmon.

Remove from oven-baked egg, carefully remove it from the form and put it on toast. Serve with hot fresh coffee. Bon appetit!!!
