Thank you Bunny, i.e. the Zoya for her recipe for fried Adygei cheese. I was curious to cook this dish in the store, buying a soft cheese, I saw the cheese, which need to fry... Time went so stir-frying, cut, perhaps, all the cheese... Cheese is called sernurskiy haloumi. (cheese for frying in a frying pan and the grill). To taste and consistency resembles cottage cheese. I think for this salad you can use any cheese that melts a bit, i.e. not spread on the pan!!!
