Tiropitakia-Greek name. It's cheese in puff pastry.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    200 g

  • Butter

    300 g

The dough defrosted.

Mix all the cheese,crumbling it with your hands.

Beat slightly the eggs.

Mix cheese,eggs and cream.Salt is not added,because the fetta is salty.The mixture will be soft.

Each layer,cut into 6 pieces.(6 cm thick)

Each lightly greased with olive oil.The top area to lubricate better.

Put 1 teaspoon(without top)stuffing.

Wrap a triangle.

Heat the oil.Slightly reduce the heat and fry on both sides.
