Description

This cake I baked for the birthday of the husband's sister. As it falls on the post, and we all love the sweet (although I fast one), I had to find by trial and error that would have suited everyone. Other guests that it is lean, do not even know. It turned out lean, and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sugar

    3.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    0.7 cup

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    0.7 cup

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    2 tsp

  • Water

    4 cup

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

    1.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

First, prepare the ingredients for cake: 3 cups. flour, 2 Cup. sugar, 1/2 stack. cocoa, 3/4 Cup. vegetable oil, 2 stack. cold water, 2 tsp soda, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp vinegar, walnuts (leave some for decoration ), vanilla 1 tsp.

Dry ingredients to mix, in another bowl, mix water, oil and vinegar.

Now combine all and stir. Pour the batter on a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form.

Bake at t =180 C for 30 - 40 min. (or until samples are dry match, depending on the oven ). Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the form.

While baking the cake, we are preparing the mousse. Prepared foods: cherries 200 gr, 450 gr. water, 200 gr. sugar, 4 tbsp semolina.

Fresh cherry grind in a blender, add sugar and water.

Bring to boil, pour semolina and cook, stirring, 20 minutes. Then immediately cool in cold water.

Whip the mousse with a mixer at high speed 10 min. the Mass shall increase and become white. Add the remaining chopped cherries and stir.

Now collect the cake. First cut off the top edge. Then at the bottom of the cut edge and put the dough inside.

Now grease inside the box and bottom cover mousse.

The removed pieces of cake lay on the bottom of the box in 1 layer and coat with mousse. Then the next layer etc. the Last coat of mousse. Close the lid.

Now cook the glaze. Cocoa -2 tbsp. honey -1 tbsp. sugar -2 tbsp. water 3 tbsp,1/2 tsp vanilla. Boil to dissolve the sugar. Allow to cool, fluff the cake and decorate. It is better if the cake will stand several hours to soak, but you can just eat.

This cake can be done differently. Cut the cake into 2-3 parts and each fluff mousse. Also looks very nice. But I do so because we love the so-called "raw" cakes, and the split is more dry.
