Description
Offer you the option of chicken rolls. Found the recipe in the "School of Gastronome", but a little (just a little bit) it changed. We like this option much.

Cooking
So, let's start: First prepare the filling. Pears wash, peel, cut into 4 pieces and remove the core. After cut into cubes. Heat the pan butter + chopped onions and fry a little (about 5 minutes). Then add the chopped pear and fry for another 5 minutes. Drizzle with a little lemon juice. Leave to cool slightly.
Now for the Breasts. Repel the chicken Breasts, cover with clingfilm (you can do without it, but I feel so comfortable). Now take a cling foil (I did not immediately put, and then it was awkward to shift) and spread the strips of bacon so that they slightly overlapped on top of each other (the number of strips of bacon and how to decompose depends on how much you have repulsed filesec).
On top of the bacon spread cooked fillet (should be something like a rectangle or square). Top pileski salt, pepper + spices to taste. On fillet put the filling from the pears, distributing it almost the entire surface. Stuffing just a little salt and pepper. Now use the foil (carefully) turn it up (I folded using a silicone Mat, and then passed on to the foil).
Wrap the roll in plastic foil and put into the oven t 180* for 30 minutes. After food foil on top to open and send into the oven for 20 minutes so that the bacon is slightly browned. Although every oven time will vary.
Before serving, cut into slices. Decorate as desired.
