It's not a tricky dish my mother taught me girlfriend! We had to taste. I really like that, and kneaded the dough once, you can feast on Breakfast Landriani (highlighted emphasis) 2 -3 days! Cooking

1.5 tsp. soda Gasim lemon juice (and vinegar) and add to the yogurt. Stir and leave to stand for 5-10 minutes. During this time the soda in the warm yogurt will whipped foam!!!
Meanwhile, whisk 2 eggs. Pour in yogurt and stir until smooth.
Now add the flour. I have left about 700 grams. In General, the number of flour depends on the density of kefir-from the size of eggs (I got small) and most of the flour...
The dough is kneaded until ALMOST dumpling dough, that is when, it would seem that a half a Cup of flour and the dough begins to lag behind the hands - cut it. More flour is not necessary!!! We don't have so thick a crust! Then he spread on a table, greased with vegetable oil (about 3-4 tbsp). And knead it until smooth. If the dough is too sticky, add some more vegetable oil!!!
The dough is ready!!! Put it in a plastic bag and overnight in the fridge. I immediately divide the dough into 3-4 pieces, then that would be portion to get...
The next morning, pull out a piece of dough. And we roll it out again to stretch oil! Not very subtle, but as evenly as possible. Cut arbitrarily.
Pour vegetable oil to the pan for deep fry. Heat. And drop there langarica. Fry on both sides.
