Description
Oh, I've seen enough of your recipes with cereal, girls, and so I wanted something tasty and healthy!:-))) In the end I baked today here are the cheese rings. Very tasty turned! Soft and tender cottage cheese in a ring of fragile dough. With the addition of flakes to the dough, it has a crunchy texture and delicate nutty taste. Help yourself!!!

Cooking
Sour cream mix with sugar. I have market thick cream, if not available, can use regular sour cream half and half butter (soft butter to pound with sugar and gradually stir in the sour cream)
Add the egg, a pinch of salt, mix well
To the mixture gradually add flour, cereal and cinnamon.
Knead the dough and put it in the fridge for 1 hour
Curd grind with sugar, add starch, orange zest
Then add eggs, mix well until smooth
Divide the dough in half. One part is waiting in the fridge, and one part thinly roll out on floured surface in rectangle shape
Top evenly spread cheese (also a half), leave one edge free.
Gently roll the dough with the stuffing in the roll, the front edge of the overlay for free (join the ring). Roll cut into pieces 1-2 cm thick. With the second half of dough and cottage cheese do the same. Ideally, bake rings on a silicone Mat, but if not, you can use a well-oiled parchment. Bake in preheated oven at 170-180 deg. to blush, about 20-30 min. to cool Well before serving.
