Parfait yogurt
Prepare the Parfait the first time, although interested in this recipe for me for a long time. I read it in Glamour magazine. Drew recipe for its simplicity and the fact that it is yogurt-based. Now decided to try. Who do not have much time to Tinker in the kitchen, cooking ice cream recipe just for you. This ice cream will fly, especially in hot weather, to cheer.

Ingredients

  • Berry

    150 g

  • Rum

    100 ml

  • Yogurt

    750 g

  • Powdered sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Mint

  • Lemon

    2 piece

Proportions I took half of it, but here I write as in the original recipe. .Berry, if it's fresh, wash and remove the stem and seeds and place in a bowl. If no fresh berries, take out of a jam (that's what I did). The berry is filled with rum (the rum can be replaced with juice or syrup from a jam, if you cook for children). Leave for an hour.

Take yogurt (I used homemade, but store bought)

Beat with a mixer yogurt, freshly squeezed lemon juice and powdered sugar until smooth

Berry and yogurt mass is spread in a plastic form (preferred), ideally in deep. Gently stir and put into the freezer for 4 hours (I was cleaning at night, as prepared in the evening).

Before giving on a table for 30 minutes, refrigerate. And then for a few seconds, drop the form in a pot of hot water. Extracted Parfait and cut into serving pieces. The recipe Parfait decorated with mint. All!
