I want to share with you this interesting cookie recipe. Although, if you look, there is nothing complicated. A simple shortbread dough and filling. Here the original presentation. I was treated to this cookie in the summer. But recently I saw this recipe online, and the result was not long in coming. Delicious with milk or coffee.

Cooking
Whisk the eggs well with sugar, until light and mass.
Then add the margarine. It can be melted (or softened butter). I did half the rules of margarine melted, and half laid so. Why? Sometimes just margarine, even soft, for some reason, is taken lumps (maybe it depends on the manufacturer). And so it went "Bang". Mix well until smooth.
Then add the flour. Of flour then how much. First, you can use a mixer, but then still the dough is laid out on the table and already embroidered by hand. How much flour? Also very hard to say. I first put 4 cups (the Cup from KHP 230 ml). The remaining flour was cut in the kneading on the table.
Here is a soft dough I did. You can cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. But I didn't.
Now are apples. They should be washed, cleaned from skin and seeds. And cut into thin slices. This is about 12 pieces. Then sprinkle them with sugar (to taste), vanilla sugar and cinnamon. The last two components are optional. Mix well the apples with spices. That's it, our filling is ready.
Roll the dough into the reservoir, but not very thin (about 0.5 cm) to the formation of the dumplings it is not torn. Cut out dough circles. The diameter depends on the length of our pieces of Apple, and you want to add a little pinching.
Now do as you would with dumplings. Take a circle of dough, spread it on a slice of Apple and well-blind region.
These are the dumplings turned out.
Spread them on a baking sheet (greased, you can lay a baking paper) and bake it in the oven at t 180*. Bake until cooked dough!!! (everyone will have different times. It all depends on the oven. Approximately 20-25 minutes). But not until Golden brown. Why? Yes all is very simple. Where have you seen the dumplings Golden brown? They are always bright. Ready cookies take out and allow to cool.
