Blancmange in Oriental style
I honestly was prepared for the first time, that I never blancmange did not prepare and did not try. Don't know how it should be right, but what I got is incredibly tender and delicious dessert that I strongly recommend it to You. Added recipe of sesame paste!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Paste tahini

    25 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Gelatin

    5 g

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
Gelatin cover with water (the recipe is agar-agar, but you can buy it is not yet possible)*PARDON* IN a saucepan, mix sesame paste (bought from the Chinese, was very worried that it is something wrong, because word can't read), milk, cream and sugar. Cook on low heat until the sugar is dissolved and the paste (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from heat, add the swollen gelatin, mix thoroughly.
step-1
Recommended to pour the small cups, I did, but I had enough mixture for another 5 standard muffins cups. Refrigerate until firm (I froze for 40 minutes, the gelatin no longer add it, otherwise you will lose all the tenderness).
step-2
The recommendations of the recipe stated garnish with whipped cream and green tea. From myself I will say that green tea I pour did not, but whipped cream is really good combined. As for shapers, the idea small, I absolutely do not like - do not get comfortable and looks clumsy. So I recommend either regular muffin tins, or serve in dessert bowls or glasses.
