This is a salad I tried at a cafe after learning that it is decided to repeat it at home. Nothing complicated, quick to prepare, delicate taste and sooo satisfying. The combination of chicken with fresh cucumber and egg pancake will not leave anyone indifferent. There is a similar recipe on the site, but with smoked chicken, so the flavors are totally different.
