Very tasty, quick to prepare and hearty salad.

Ingredients

  • Cod liver oil

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

For this recipe we will need 1 Cup of rice "Aquatica Color Mix" from TM Mistral.

It must boil until tender in boiling, salted water.

We need quality cod liver.

Onion cut into half rings, tomatoes cut into halves.

Rice mixed with tomatoes, onion, cod liver ( broken into pieces), season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley leaves, fill with oil from the jar of cod liver. Bon appetit!!!
