Baked cauliflower
A great side dish, as a separate dish too.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 kg

  • Crackers

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Cheese

    100 g

Cabbage divided into small florets and cook in boiling salted water. You can add there juice of a lemon. Cook for 8 minutes. Drain in a sieve. Fold into a greased ceramic baking dish. Tomato to put between inflorescences of cabbage. Sprinkle with dill as desired and dry breadcrumbs.

Pour white Bechamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

To give after baking stand for 5 minutes and serve. Can as a side dish, or as a separate dish.
