Cabbage, red Czech
This insanely delicious Kale. In Prague the restaurants serve this cabbage with duck or pork knuckle and dumplings. Insanely delicious. I recommend to prepare. Cooked very easily. Tasty and healthy. Suitable as an appetizer or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage, red,

    1 piece

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Cumin

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    7 Tbsp

Shinkuem cabbage.

Cut into cubes onion.

Take a large pot. Pour sunflower oil and put onion. Onions lightly fry.

Add the Kale. Mix and diminish the fire. Let simmer on low heat. Cover do not cover.

Squeezing the juice of one lemon.

Grate the apples without a peel on a coarse grater.

Add the cabbage apples and lemon juice. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly. 20 minutes.

Add the honey and salt. Important: add salt only after juice and apples. Simmer for another 20 minutes. Not forgetting to stir. In the end add the cumin and simmer for another 10 minutes. The cumin gives the unique taste of cabbage. Just cabbage stew for approximately 40-50 minutes.
