Description
Many make stuffed tomatoes, my version more accurately, so do I, and idea I saw on TV, or in the "Gusto" or in "Culinary duel". In this dish does not contain mayonnaise, so it is very convenient for the summer at the cottage.

Cooking
Cut the tomatoes in half, pulp removed, cut it cubes. Rugs flip to glass excess fluid. Ham, cheese and finely chop the greens.
With diced tomatoes drain the juice, mix with the ham, cheese and greens. Season with salt and pepper.
Fill rugs tomatoes with the mixture. Garnish with olives and sprigs of greenery. Bon appetit!
