Cooking

step-0
Potatoes to grate on a coarse grater. Squeeze out the excess water.
step-1
To the potatoes add the eggs and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
step-2
In silicon muffin tins to put the potatoes and form a basket. To improve the taste of the cookie cutters can be lubricated with melted butter. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 40-50 minutes until tender. If the edges of the baskets start to burn, you can cover them with parchment paper.
step-3
While ready-made baskets are cooling, prepare the filling. Herring fillets finely chopped (for salad herring under a fur coat). Onion cut into strips. Drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and add a pinch of sugar. Mash well with hands. This removes excess bitterness out of the onions, but leave hrustenko.
step-4
Chop eggs.
step-5
To the eggs add grated on a fine grater cucumber, hard and cottage cheese, pressed garlic, mayonnaise. Mix well
step-6
To collect baskets. On the bottom lay a little bow.
step-7
On the bow to lay out the herring, and the top cap of the egg-cheese salad.
