Sausage in the dough
Watched all the cooks recipes and not found. Sharing my version of cooking, very tasty and unusual!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    800 g

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    40 g

  • Margarine

    40 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sausage

  • Ketchup

  • Garlic

Knead the dough: Flour, yeast, salt, sugar mix well. Melt margarine, mix with egg, oil and add in the dry part. Gradually add slightly warmed milk. The dough should not be tight (not like ravioli), and a little bland. Give the dough a few times to get up. When it ceases to stick to hands, the dough is ready.

Sausages cut in half lengthwise.

Divide the dough into equal balls. This ball roll, pour the ketchup and put half of the sausage.

To take edges, as in pies.

Fry on both sides until Golden brown in vegetable oil. After they are fried, coat on all sides with finely chopped garlic.
