Description
Tender dough with a sudden light patches of rice flakes in the finished product reminiscent of champagne, with its unusual slight rustling. Some raisins, and, of course, when making tea. This time a pleasant extravagance quince. Delicate aroma of cinnamon and vanilla. Well sooooo simple to cook, and it turns out unusual, beautiful, and very, very tasty.

Cooking
Margarine (room temperature), mixed with yogurt, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
Add rice flakes and brandy, mix well.
Flavoured with cinnamon and vanilla, pour the flour and baking powder and lightly whisk with a mixer until fluffy, smooth consistency.
The form with a baking paper, lubricated with oil, the bottom sprinkle with crushed biscuits, a layer of grated on a coarse grater quince.
Now, spread the batter, and gently even out.
Sent in a preheated 200*C oven for an hour (or until ready, which can be checked with a wooden skewer). If the top is well-browned, and the inside of the cupcake is not yet ready, it is necessary to cover with foil, and return to duhovochku.
The finished cake cut into pieces, pour a fragrant tea.
Pleasant You tea party! :)
