Cooking
Peel and grind the garlic. I prefer to grate it on the fine grater.
Chicken thighs, wash, RUB with salt, chopped garlic and spices. I was seasoning "Mixture of peppers" in it except black and red peppers added a Bay leaf and horseradish - all finely ground and very fragrant.
Potato peel, wash and cut into halves, if large then quarter them.
Prepare sauce: small cut parsley and dill, mix with sour cream, a little potseluem.
Spread on the middle of the pan the ham around the potatoes.
Potatoes on top covered with sauce.
Put the pan in the oven and bake until ready. I need it to be very soft, so I as soon as the dish is browned, cover the pan with foil, cook for about an hour. Garnered our dinner green beans or who is on that much and we eat with pleasure! Bon appetit!
