Rosemary Turkey roulade with citrus
Another recipe for rolls from Turkey, but this time with rosemary, lemon and Mandarin. Lean meats and vitamin C - what you need now after a celebratory "feasts"!..

Ingredients

  • Mandarin

    4 piece

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Rosemary

    3 piece

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Turkey

    800 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

In a blender, pulverize the peeled garlic, celery, needles with one sprigs of rosemary, 2-3 pieces of lemon peel and tangerine.

On the meat put the chopped mixture of zest-rosemary-garlic.

On top of fat or bacon.

Fold rolls and tied with thread along with a sprig of rosemary.

Put the rolls in the form. Lemon and tangerine, cut in slices and also put into a form. Of the remaining citrus fruit to squeeze the juice. Pour over top of rolls, add butter, season with salt and pepper and put in pre-heated oven at temp. 180° for 50 minutes, turning occasionally rolls.
