And I would like to share my joy with all of you, dear cooks... my joy taste of coffee with whipped cream... And I invite you to come and visit for a Cup of tea!!! Welcome!!! P. S. the Recipe for this cupcake was found by me 2 years ago in the magazine "Love to cook!!!", tweaked and approved by all members of the family.

Hello!!! So everything is very simple. First you should knead the dough. Eggs and sugar beat with a mixer incandescent...
Mix flour with baking powder and add to egg-sugar mass, knead well again...
Dissolve coffee in boiling water and add in our dough, there is sent and the butter, mix everything thoroughly...
Coat the baking pan with baking paper, lightly grease with vegetable oil and pour on it the dough, let it stand until the dough is evenly spread, bake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 C, but since all ovens bake differently, check the wand for readiness after 10 minutes )))
While our base is baked, make the cream. The cream I have here are....
Whisk in the lush mass....
Add coffee dissolved in boiling water and powdered sugar and again beat well... (original recipe was still thickening agent for cream, but I've always done without it, the cream always keep a good shape, but if anything, it should be 10-20 g).
Proceed to the Assembly: we cut our cake into equal rectangles (if you want - squares, circles, triangles)...
Cropping, of course, don't throw away, RUB on a small grater...
The lower layer apply 2 tbsp of the cream, spread evenly and cover with a second cookie monster...
The top is also lightly greased cream (that baby had a better).
Our sprinkle with cake crumbs (if you suddenly left scraps (well you never know =) ), then the chips can be replaced with grated dark chocolate), cream put in a piping bag and decorate the edges of our cake...
Well, in General, all... ready ))) the Cake should be left overnight in the cold, it will become impregnated with a cream and will be even softer and softer. If you like "wet", it is possible, for example, be impregnated with syrup cakes, but this, in my opinion, unnecessary... They are so delicious!!!!
