Today I at the request of my son fried a second time favourite crispy strips of millet porridge. They are more relished than the meatballs from buckwheat and potatoes. So I thought, maybe your home they will like the taste.

Cooking
One bag of millet porridge boil. Ready porridge to cool without adding oil. Add egg, sauteed onions, flour and salt. To form sticks or meatballs as you like, roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry both sides until Golden brown. Without removing from the pan, cover and let warm steam.
