Biscuit Economy
One cunning households eat only berries out of a jam? Then go to my cookies. This is a quick way of disposing of syrup or jam that has long been gathering dust in the cellar, and at the same time saving supplies of sugar. The recipe is NOT for food lovers. It's simple - I came, I saw, kneaded, baked, ate Cookies... "on the face of the terrible - delicious on the inside":)

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • The sugar syrup

    500 g

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

step-0
1) whisk the Whites with syrup until fluffy, add semolina, starch, soda, butter, gradually we pour the flour and continue whisking.
step-1
2) was hard to beat - turn off the mixer and, adding more flour, knead it with your hands. The dough should be compact but with flour not overdo it - better to let a little stick to hands.
step-2
3) the Oven was heated to 220*C. 4) Osipyan from the dough pieces and roll balls, pre lubricated hands of either vegetable oil or flour. Spread on a baking sheet and lightly preplanned each (I did the handle of a rolling pin - turned as in the photo).
step-3
5) Bake for 10 minutes until Golden brown. Important: slightly warm cookies fold in p/e package, to make it longer remained soft.
step-4
6)Eat for health. I came up with: 1 sheet round cookies (36 pieces) and 1 sheet of stars 27 EA. zy In principle, the dough can be added and the poppy seeds, and raisins, and even at the end of baking put the sweet cheese in the recess, and especially to pour the finished product glaze. Experiment.
step-5
My goal was to get rid of the leftover syrup jams and reduce the cost of sugar (the latter came out of course) :-D Thank you for your attention, if the recipe remove - do not be offended.
