Paradise shrimp
You have planned a Banquet, and Your guests already tried everything? Then feel free to take this recipe to myself! After trying this masterpiece in the Dominican Republic I just fell in love! Can be served as hot or as cold snack. Very satisfying and unusual: first, it is felt salty taste of cheese, which gives way to the sweetness of melon and pear, all balanced by the freshness of the shrimp. ATTENTION!!! SALT IN THE DISH THERE!!!

Ingredients

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Melon

    1 piece

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

Cooking

My pears, cut in half and cut out the core

Cut the melon into slices and defrost (if needed) shrimp

Spread in the shape of a pear and add shrimp

Add the melon

Sprinkle with cheese and bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 175 degrees (just to brown the cheese because the shrimp will go quickly). ALL!
