Burgers Volzhanka
In Soviet times, these "miracle" burgers can be found in the menu of any factory, factory, school cafeteria. And frankly, the visitors never really complained this dish. Gone are the days, and now sometimes in, I am preparing these burgers. The exact recipe I don't remember, but I do. Some hostesses also add to the recipe of a slice of pork or bacon, but I think the real fishy taste is still slaughtered. I think there is nothing difficult in the preparation of these cutlets is not, and to remember our "Soviet" past, and prepare this very simple dish. In this recipe I used the salmon fillet.
