Cooking
To the cream add enough hot water. Stir and allow to cool to room temperature. Add salt, sugar and yeast, mix well.
Pour the flour and knead the dough. It's sticky and sticks to your hands. Add the butter and continue to knead the dough until it absorbs the oil. Leave the dough in a warm place until it increases in volume by 2 times.
Beans pre-boil and cool. To the cooled beans, add tkemali, garlic pressed and chopped cilantro, and celery greens. Using a blender to blend everything into a homogeneous mass.
Since I didn't have fresh celery, so I added dry ground. Add to our mashed Lima beans, salt, seasoning, suneli and Kendari. Carefully knead with a spoon. Our filling is ready. Already at this stage can be used as a sauce-pate no bread for sandwiches and canapés. Believe me, it's delicious! Punch down the risen dough, the rasp flour. Divide the dough into equal balls that flatten out in the middle to put our filling.
To form the patties carefully slapped the seam. Hand to flatten the patties giving them a flat look. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
