Cooking
I cooked a half portion. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces of size 1-2 cm. optionally sprinkle with black pepper.
Mix all ingredients for the sauce: chopped garlic (I grated on a fine grater), pineapple (or Apple) juice, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, water, soy sauce, red pepper and starch. Stir until complete dissolution of starch.
Put a large skillet over medium heat. Heat it in 2 tbsp oil. Add the chicken pieces and cook about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. During this time, the chicken a little and let the juice begin to bubble. Cover the pan with a lid and drain the excess fluid.
Return the pan (without lid) on the heat and cook until lightly Browning chicken. Add the sauce, stir thoroughly so all the pieces were evenly coated with the sauce.
Reduce the heat, cover the pan lid at an angle (to give the opportunity to get a pair). Cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is evaporated. Serve with white or brown rice.
