Found the recipe online and decided to share))). Cooking is not difficult, and it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pelengas

    0.5 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

  • Spices

  • Greens

Now, put all the layers in the pot:the first layer - onions,then carrots

The third layer is tightly stacked pelengas

Next, the potatoes,salt,spices,herbs

Now all fill with mayonnaise,add a bit of vegetable oil in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes
