Cooking
The words of the author. Melt the chocolate with butter.
In a mixer 5 minutes at high speed beat eggs with sugar.
Whipped egg foam gently combine with the chocolate mixture.
Add the liqueur (poured 1.5 tbsp + milk 1,5 tbsp) and mix gently.
Sift on top the flour with the baking powder and gently combine with wet mixture.
Add the ground almonds, mix well. Should get a liquid mixture.
Wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 4 hours, the mass is hardened.
Then roll up from the mass of balls with a diameter of 4 cm to Prepare two plates, one with sugar and another with powdered sugar. Roll each ball in sugar and then in powdered sugar. (To enhance the effect, it is necessary to roll the balls in powdered sugar twice, with an interval of a few minutes.) Put the balls on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, at a certain distance from each other.
Bake in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 7-8 minutes (no more!). Balls is dangerous and will crack, but will be very soft to the touch. Will not overdo them in the oven – they should stay pretty moist (the texture reminiscent of brownies). Cool completely. Store at room temperature in a sealed container, put in one layer. Cookies "Chocolate snowballs" like Chocolate chip cookie Truffle, but, unfortunately, at the end of baking was not able to bake them (spreading in the oven, the reason milk chocolate). So let's just use dark chocolate, if you decide to bake "snowballs".
was Supposed to be like in the photo.
But, alas...:\'(, get out of the situation - added cocoa, sprinkled with pistachios. Can add nuts, dried fruit, chocolate, flavors like brownie will taste even better.
Bake the cake in the oven at t=180* min 20-25. Readiness check the match or toothpick: if it stuck crumbs, ready - make for a perfect brownie with brittle dry crust, baked outer layer and moist center.
