Cupcake
Actually it's my mom's signature cupcake, she often spoiled us with his sister this simple dessert! Years later, I love to cook it with or without! And you can safely call it my signature dish!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Raisins

    150 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Citric acid

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Eggs, beat with sugar until fluffy. When the amount of sugar the cupcake is sweet, but not cloying. For the sweet tooth the amount of sugar can be easily increased.

The butter melts, I do it in the microwave. Pour the melted butter into the eggs, continuing to whisk.

Mix the flour with the soda and citric acid. In three steps, pour in the egg-oil mixture. Toss in the raisins.

The bottom of the form (I form 11*30 cm ), I lined with baking paper and the sides greased with butter. Pour the dough into the pan and put in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick. The finished cake can be preporuciti powdered sugar.
