Offer you fresh tomatoes in the winter, not from the store and from their home reserves. Open the jar in winter, add onions and mayonnaise - so much for the fresh tomato salad.

Tomatoes wash and let the water drain out.
Slice slightly larger than a regular salad. Put in sterilized jars. Pour cold boiled water.
Put sterilized. Banks 0.5 l =10-15 minutes; banks 1 l = 15-20 minutes. Roll up caps, not wrap. Store in the cold.
In winter, open the jar, dump the water, add the onion, mayonnaise and salt to taste - here's the fresh tomato salad.
