Mushroom seasoning
This recipe spices I cook more than one year. As we live not very far from the forest and collect mushrooms every year. Because this overlay I have always one of the main kitchen assistants. It can be used in the preparation of all dishes (soups, sauces, potatoes in different forms, even in the stuffing, etc.).

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Salt

    20 g

  • Allspice

    10 piece

  • Basil

    5 g

  • Parsley

    3 g

  • Black pepper

    3 g

  • Coriander

    5 g

  • Bay leaf

    3 g

  • Carnation

    4 piece

Cooking

Dried mushrooms grind in a coffee grinder or pepper mill, grind in a metal mortar.

The smaller the particles of the powder, the better it is absorbed by the body.

Add salt and other seasonings according to the recipe (all the necessary ground).

If someone doesn't like the smell of cloves or other component of the composition of this powder, you can not add it.

All the ingredients mix well. Mushroom powder is hygroscopic, therefore it is recommended to store in sealed jar or wide-neck bottles in a cool, dry and dark place. Add in preparing meals, and cook for 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit!
