Roulade of chicken ham and scrambled eggs
Interesting to those who are tired of the usual chicken :)

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Leeks

    1 coup

  • Spices

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Beat eggs with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Leave the mixture for 5-10 min.

Then the mixture is poured onto a frying pan and fry on 1 side with the lid closed.

The leg is detachable from the bone.

Not very finely cut green onions and sprinkle on meat.

Well, then there's no photo because my hands were Sooooo dirty. Wrap the meat rolls, tied with string and wrap in plastic wrap, so that there not exposed to water.
