Hot appetizer from the liver with mushrooms
Hot appetizers are always popular, and they are not always require expensive products.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

Cooking

Will rascality pan, melt in a pan half the butter, cut into pieces the liver and quickly fry on all sides

Add liver to onions and fry all together for about 5-7 minutes. Cover skillet and remove from heat

Melt second half of butter and fry in it the sliced mushrooms over very high heat, pour in the wine and cook until complete evaporation of the wine, about 7-8 minutes

Mushrooms grind in a food processor or blender into a puree

Return to burner pan with the liver, add to it a puree of mushrooms, and season with soy sauce, freshly ground pepper, add the cream and paprika

Let it cook gently for on low heat for liver about 10 minutes
