Cooking
Chop the cucumber into small cubes. If the skin is thick, the pre-peel a cucumber. Onion peel and cut into thin quarter-rings. If desired, you can marinate it for 15 minutes.
Fry the peanuts in a dry frying pan for about 5 minutes, until the moment when the husk starts easily removed. Don't overcook. Clean nuts and divide them into halves.
To make the sauce – in a bowl mix together the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, salt. Chop the greens.
Mix the solid ingredients, put in a salad bowl, pour over sauce, sprinkle with lemon pepper, herbs, lightly toasted sesame seeds. Lemon pepper, you can replace the black ground with the addition of grated lemon peel. Bon appetit!
