Portuguese cake with orange juice
Very interesting cake with a strong flavor of oranges that can be cooked in the oven and in the microwave.

Ingredients

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

The yolk and white separate from each other. Yolk, sugar and butter to combine and whip. Pour 1/2 Cup of the juice and pour the flour and baking powder. Again beat well. Protein blend until thick foam. Into the flour put a lot of protein. Mix gently by hand.

Pour into a silicone form height 6 cm length 20cm. and width 11 cm, put in the microwave for 4 min at a power of 800 wat. The surface must not stick to the fingers. Leave for another 5 minutes in the microwave. Either bake at t= 180 about 20-30 min (until dry matches ). Take out and let cool completely in the form and then take out.

Soak gelatine in 1/2 Cup. freshly squeezed juice and after swelling, dissolve when heated, not boiling. Now take a cake and a knife. The knife entered in the pie in many places and the knife let jelly juice almost until the end of the liquid. Grease the top of the remnants of the juice and sprinkle with coconut to hide the punctures. Put a few hours in the fridge.
