Caramel-walnut brownies
Mega chocolate brownie with caramel, walnuts and cognac. Very flavorful and delicious. light and delicate in texture. Brownie goes to my friend and mentor, Olenka ( Marioka 82).

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Sugar

    2.5 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Cream

    30 ml

Cooking

On low heat melt the chocolate and 100g butter. Beat eggs to a froth with sugar 0,5 Cup.

In the egg mixture pour the melted chocolate and whisk. Add the baking powder and flour and whisk. The dough is thick.

In the form put the dough and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 gr.

In a pan pour 50 ml water and add 2 cups of sugar. Cook the caramel on low heat 7 min. Add 50 grams of butter and cognac. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add walnuts, chopped not very big and not small. Medium-sized pieces. Stirring constantly, pour in the cream and cook for another 3 min.

Caramel spread on cake. When the caramel is completely cool, cut our brownies into serving pieces, and enjoy an extremely delicious chocolate cake.
